I just realized how out of control my vaping is. Ok there are just so many liquids I want to try, so along the way I have amassed a bunch of flavors that I do like, so I hate vaping one flavor all day. I kind of feel naked without a few different options with me at all times. This leads to my next issue, keeping up with the cartos.....It seems like I am always getting confused which liquid is in which carto, and if I use a clearo or tank now I have carry around larger things which are more of pain to fill and refill, not to mention price. I just ordered a bunch of new flavors and a new batch carto's and clearos....where does it end? LOL

I feel as if I don't start dripping, its going to be more expensive than smoking or I need to stop trying new liquids. Everyday I bring to work at least 3 mods, 5 cartos/clearos prefilled, 2 battery chargers (even though I try and have 2 pre-charged) and maybe extra liquid, depending on the day. Dripping seems like the best solution to this problem, and beginning to see the light. The only thing is I really don't want to add liquid after every few puffs, it seems like a whole new pain, albeit cheaper.

Any advice? help?

I love trying new juices and having options during the day, it makes vaping more enjoyable for me, its nice to go from an RY4 to fruit to a dessert etc etc instead of the same old flavor an entire day.

added: I think I may suck it up and buy a provari when I have the extra cash. This way I can keep batteries and charger at work, and only need to carry 1 mod. My iTaste, which I do like a lot, has passthrough but I'm usually unable to keep it charging, or would be a pain to do so at work. Besides I always wanted a provari. I learned the hard way that for my situation, removable batteries is better than passthrough.

Also, for all the noobs out there, save your carto condoms and use a marker to write down the liquid on them or you will end up like me. Plus this will keep your carto moist.

Any advice? help?

First - try rubber-banding the active cartos you have to the bottle of juice they belong to when not in use. Keeping up with cartos when you like a lot of different flavors is indeed a hassle, but a rubber band around each of your bottles will help you keep the cartos from getting mixed up or forgotten or from just plain wasting juice when you throw one away prematurely.

Next - If you are going to drip and change flavors often, be prepared to blow your atty out pretty much every time you switch flavors. Or, carry more than one atty. Or, carry more than one PV ready to go. Sometimes flavors mix alright - and sometimes residual flavors go away quickly... but some juices just stick with an atty until you clean it.

I'm a variety vaper too. I like a lot of different juices and a lot of different equipment. It isn't unusual for me to use 5 or 6 different devices all with different juices in a day and also not unusual for me to change the flavor on a couple of those devices in the same day. --- I don't want my vaping to be too much of a distraction, so I really had to find a way to just have one thing with me at work. Luckily, I have a few juices I don't get too bored with and I have a few PVs that have all day battery life. So, more often than not, I can go to work with just one PV and it has enough juice and enough battery to get me through up to a 14 hour work day.

A REO is very handy, but it's one flavor and can be kind of a pain to clean if switching flavors. Here's what I do. I have a REO mini that I take with me that has my DK USA mix tobacco (my all day crack) and I carry an eGo twist with me and various attys.

I will only use 306 attys these days. The best being the Cisco spec 306 atty from avidvaper.com. 306 attys tend to hold a lot of liquid and it's much easier (to me) to detect when it's time to re-drip. I always had to fight with 510 attys leaking and getting a burnt taste / dry hit. Now that I use 306s I like to drip again.

The rubberband thing seems to be a good method, get the tiny little multi colored rubber hair bands they sell in the beauty/hair aisle and just use those in matching colored pairs.

Also your signature shows you have only been at this for 25 days , the novelty is probably still pretty new and exciting to you, once you find your groove you will probably get a bit more easy going about it and tone down on the amount of EDC ( every day carry ) your vape kit contains. Welcome and good luck, we are all here to help.

You obviously really enjoy vaping, I love mixing up my flavors at least 2X a day myself! :D

You could get some sort of organizer such as a case or carto box and label them? That might help you keep which is which figured out quickly. Some people have 'emergency kits' they carry around, it's basically a big tackle-box filled with vaping supplies-trust me, I'm sure there are worse!!

Vape ON!!! ;)

Thanks for the ideas, I feel much better :)

I just wish there was a perfect way. Dripping/cartos/clearos/tank-atty all have their drawbacks. I was considering the HH357 from Avid for dripping instead of the 306, in theory they both should vape the same since Cisco's.

The mod is the hard part, I just love having a variable voltage device and being able to fine tune my vape. I could go with a Kicked Xhaler too, would save some pennies.

I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel, thanks again!

Well, you won't know until you try it.
:)

And if you only get a few puffs before needing to drip again, then you would be doing it wrong.
You really should get at least 5 good puffs, and depending on many other factors, perhaps as many as 10 puffs.

Some people certainly think dripping is a pain, but I can't see how it is more of a pain than lighting up a cigarette.
But I guess it probably just depends on how much you're vaping.

Again, that depends on the person.

I almost never blow out my atomizer when I switch flavors, but then my flavors are usually pretty complimentary.
And when I'm switching to a non-complimentary flavor, I just tough it out through basically one cigarette worth of puffing.

Although there are flavors that take a lot longer than others, but the only two I have that are like that are clove and pizza.
:)

A REO is very handy, but it's one flavor and can be kind of a pain to clean if switching flavors.
This used to work extremely well for me...

Take a REO filled with DK-TAB, and a few little bottles of different flavors.
And whenever I wanted a different flavor, I could just drip it right into the atomizer.

No fuss, no muss.
:)

I have been smoke free 25 days, but vaping another coupe weeks...and yes its still has me excited, its just a fun thing to do plus I find that good e-liquid gives a super nicotine buzz, compared to analogs it seems very clean. I just order Virgin Vapor Eco Caramel creme shake or something like that. I have found that Vaperite, JC and Stag tobacco seem to use a higher grade of nicotine. Some juices give me the sweats and a headache, but those always seem to be freebies prolly lots of PG too. 100% VG I love, but darn I wish it would wick better.

Anyway I'm going to buy a vape kit or make one to carry to work, etc.. Great idea!!

There's a flavor I haven't tried. I'd like to. Which vendor?
I really liked Mrs T's Bakery pizza flavor...
http://www.mstsbakery.com/pizza/

Although the reviews apparently were not very good, everyone that I ever let try it thought it was pretty good.
The problem is, I bought it a couple of years ago, and then they stopped offering it.

Now it is back, but I don't know if it's the same as when I had it a few years ago.

Right now I have some from Juicy Vapor, and it's pretty good.
But I did like the Mrs T's Bakery pizza better, and since they apparently have it back in stock I may pick one up myself.

I finally have found my answer unless i hear otherwise....I'm going to buy a bottom feeder mod, and a cisco atomizer and just keep filled feeder bottles, battery/charger, and a drip tip at work. Nice and neat. This way I can always have a charged battery on me at work and keep some bottles there, and just switch out as my mood changes and do the same for my house. Keep tank system or large carto around for a backup. Probably a lot harder than what it sounds, but on paper its a real solution. I hate this who cartomizer, clearo, tank thing anyway. I really think for my needs this is the best solution?

In my estimation, there is no better way to reduce the hassle than a feeder and a good atty. Everything you need all in one device. You'll be a happy vaper.

Well, there you go. I drip all day on the same atty and rotate 3 to 4 juices while I'm at it. Yeah it helps to blow the atty out in between juices but if they are close (same base) it don't confront me none. As far as provari; thats quite a step up and a lot of dough. I've been getting these EGO twists (variable voltage) for $25 (1000 mah) and they work just as well as my provari. For the time bein' I'm gonna drip because I need that flavor and throat hit (I use VG heavy juice). I won't even contemplate buyin' an HH357 atty; that's as much as the PV's I'm usin'. A twist, a standard 510 joyetech atty, and some Boba's and I'm smilin' all day. In the end it's what makes ya happy and keeps ya off the analogs. Go cheap or go big till ya find what's best. Read all the posts and reviews on ECF before you make a big $ decision. I'll bet 80% of us bought stuff we wish we hadn't but found that happy place in the end. You will too.

I am off the provari 100%, and onto a bottom feeder, the only question left is which one :)
I never realized the bottom feeder, it just didn't click in my brain, I thought it was just a tidy place store your liquid, LOL

I'm tired spending money on crappy cartos.clearos and tanks that dont work with my thich VG juices, and I only vape 100%VG, rather try to. there are exceptions like MsT Apples foster, etc. I just know I will love bottom feeding, a gut instinct.

I was just gifted two used 510 attys and I love the convenience of changing flavors with them. As long as you vape the atty pretty dry, I found that you can just pour your next flavor in and it will take over. I have not tried blowing it out yet, and not sure if I see the need to do so.

Three flavors a day seems to do the trick for me, though, so three CE3s do pretty well too :)

Plus, now she's got pizza with pineapple in the testing area. Pineapple.

I love Ms T so much.
