It's not a stick but if you want small go for the eleaf istick.
It is a great battery 2200mah vv and vw I use it with a kanger emow mega which holds about 2.8ml but you can get about 3.3ml in it if you use a cotton bud up the air tube and then you can fill it all the way to the threads.
If you want a stick style it all depends on what your vaping habbits are and how long you want the battery to last will depend on the height of the device.

If you're looking for a simple upgrade just go for a variable voltage ego style battery
What is the reason you want to upgrade?
I'd upgrade to miniprotank2 which is a glass upgrade to the evod, plus it can be dissassembled for thorough cleaning.
If it's size you want, then maybe a protank2.
On the other hand, if you've been vaping a month or 3 maybe it's time to upgrade from eGo battery;
I mention that because I was going to suggest a nautilus but you'd want a bigger battery for a nautilus or aerotank, so that's why I suggested protank if you're only using an eGo sized battery.
If you were a light to moderate smoker: half pack a day, then I think eGo sized batteries should keep you going for a year+
VV Battery with either Aspire Nautilis Mini or Aspire K1 if you prefer the smaller size. The Nautilus Mini is by far the best vape I've found but that K1 works great as well. You can find great prices on both at worldofvape.com.
Look at a vision spinner II with a gladius... Much better than kanger, ego threading, excellent vape.
Definitely look in-to a VAMO V5 its stick-like with way more power and is reasonably priced
A good choice if you want to stay with the stick type would be an itaste vv V3. It vv/vw and has pass thruough charging so you can vape while it charges.

I believe the gladius is 510 threaded, not eGo threaded.
