Well I started out not that long ago with my innokin AI0 starter kit, we have decided I vape so often thats just not cutting it for me, but will be handy as my "travel model" ....so tonight I have ordered (and this is WHY I am so excited) The ROK STAR Performance e cig ....and it's quite nice from the looks of the reviews ect...can't wait to try it out! If anyone out there has actually used this model or own it please let me know what you think :)

If you are excited it is all good.

Afraid I haven't seen the mod you mention but as said if it ticks the boxes you need it to to keep you away from cigs it is the best mod for you.

That is all that matters.

I am on a buying mod ban after going a little mad going into my 6th week of vaping so am trying really really hard not to look at anything other than attys and juice!

hi :) ooooh i have been looking at this for my out and about ecig. I have a couple of ego's with vision clearomisers attached and a couple fo mega 510 standards with boge cartos attached but i really like the power indcator and the pen cap of the rokstar one. Could you let me know how it goes when you get it :)

geogeeekgirl I sure will should arrive tomorrow so I will post here what I think of it...and I am quite a picky person so yeah what I say will be quite a scrutinized review. LOL What sold me on the ROK Star was 1. you can adjust the airflow, 2 it's a tank system 3. larger battery but not oversized 4.battery life indicator color change method 5.on off switch on actual e-cig and finally it was very attractively priced considering everything you get in the box, pluss with the 10% discount I got from the internet site I use it was a no brainer for me, LOL

Day 1 of my new ROK Star...and wow I LOVE IT...yes its early days and we will see in time how long things hold up, but so far...nice clean smooth flavourful vape...the battery lasted me THE WHOLE DAY and I am a serious non stop vaper<--due to early days on quitting smoking. I love the design, the items were as described...and so yeah I dont know what you heard went wrong with em but Id sure like to know so I can keep an eye out. Will post back anything untowards I discover.

Toni, there where lots of reports on AAE-C & UKV (was voted in 3rd place on UKV as Turkey of the year 2011) about problems with the Rok Star leaking & also the airflow adjustment. I think, but not sure, that most of the problems have been solved with their latest versions. However, one big problem IMHO is that it's not compatible with any e-cig parts that you can buy from the majority of UK vendors.

Lol, I'm sure that The Rok Star Rebel will come along soon & put me right ;) :D

So far so good, My ROK Star doesn't leak, make excellent vape and the flavours are Sooooo much better when I use it instead of my other item. The fully charged battery lasts me an entire day and intot he start of the next day, thats with chain vape going on for many hours of a day. I seriously do not see why folks didn't like this item....my 510 carto's screw on the end if I so choose , but I prefer to just use the tank system that came with it. The air ajuster system is wonderful for allowing the perfect drag on my Rok Star....hmm gonna have to do some digging to find out what folks dont like cause I seriously don't see it and I use mine EVERYDAY.

Ok curiosity got the better of me.

I looked it up. Ego connection pen style PV. I have an Ego C and it was the catalyst of me stopping smoking.

Have to admit, It leaked a bit, love it and use it every now and again still. But was happy to move on to other options.

Thar said doesn't matter a toot what I think.

I seriously do not see why folks didn't like this item....
One week (last November) the Rok Star was the best thing since sliced bread... (I know, I tried it, very good!)
..a few weeks later there were many reports of failing batteries and cracking tanks, amongst other things...
(documented on UKV, which is still down for upgrade atm, but should be up later today)

Maybe they have fixed these problems now...
If they have, and they made the battery eGo compatible (it's 510 as you know), I would surely stock it...
