Well, this has been an on-going thing since I was a pre-teen. Maybe my mom would know better on the age, I just know it's been forever! I have seen dr's but wasn't willing to take the drugs that I would have to take to stop them... so I just deal and use excedrin migraine. I was using fioricet for my migraines, but it kinda made me loopy. lol I do plan to go back the beginning of next year to figure everything out though, I also have had some tinnitus and have always "heard" my pulse in my head (the whooshing sound of it) since I was really young (like 4 or 5 at least). *sigh* my noggin is a mess! lol

I hear you! They have been much the past couple years for me too! The pressure works so well though, have you figuted anything else out that helps? Dark and quiet work, but with 2 kids that's near impossible! Haha

I like lots of ice on my head. heat really makes it worse. darkness for sure. no sounds unless it light sounds like a fan or water type stuff.

OMG, trust me you're not the only one that uses the "squeeze" method for migraine relief.
