I'm sure this is a repeat... Sorry.

Hi all!

I've been lurking for some time. Gained a huge amount of insight and help. Been vaping for nearly two months and completely analog-free in one fell swoop. Couldn't be more pleased.

The question, request for assistance is this. I need a one-stop location or thread that has a pretty comprehensive tutorial on making my own juice. I have all the supplies. Nic juice, PG, VG, some flavoring from Perfumer's Apprentice, and the containers. I've already tried a couple of mixes. Now I need that professional finish.

Please put up a link if you know of one with a pretty comprehensive tutorial on mixing e juice.

Many thanks! You should all be proud of your contribution.

If you want you can PM me and I will help you the best I can but in case you don't have the basics here are a few

The calculators talk about drops this is because 20 drops is about the same as 1ml so 10 drops is 1/2ml ok got that part out of the way

The items you will need for sure is a 1ml syringe it makes turning a bunch of drops into something easy a lot easier (you don't loose count either)

As far as recipes wow that's a Pandora's box I myself didn't like any others I tried and ended up making my own.
Wizardlabs.us for the mixing win...BTW awesome prices and great nicotine base. Ecigexpress.com is another for nic base. Flavorings are kinda high

Get all you want and how I learned was mixing with VG base only no nic at all its cheap and if you screw it up its easy to toss rinse out the bottle and start over.

I mix mine a tad strong on the flavor so it goes like this think of it like a dollar (or a 10ml bottle) if I mix my flavorings at 20% then it would be 2ml flavorings to 8ml base. At 10% 1ml to 9ml and so on. The total of the flavorings is just that a total so if you break the flavor mix down and as a example one of my mixes is 40% flavor 1 and 60% flavor 2 so to reach the 20% of the total mix it comes out to .9ml flavor 1 and 1.1ml flavor 2. That keeps us within the total of 2ml to the 10 total. This is of course assuming we're making a 10ml bottle at 20% flavoring.

Hope it helps and drop a line if I didn't do anything but confuse you more than you already were. Just remember its not rocket science

Oh and when you get the flavor mix right then try it with some nic base and vape yourself silly.

Maxine and LongHaul,

Thank you so much for your replies.

LongHaul, you didn't confuse me. Your ratio was exactly what I needed. I've plowed through the DIY link Maxine sent and I'm starting to get a little more idea of what is involved.

Onward and upward! Here's to vaping myself silly.
