Just had this from Ainy Zeng in China:

"Unfortunately today we recieved worse news. From today, Both China Post and EMS post will stop accepting packages with many e-liquids. It might stop one day but until now we are not sure, just waitting to see how it is going with our current shipments already in the system.

WE HAVE SUSPENDED e-liquids FROM THE SITE UNTILL WE KNOW HOW WE CAN SHIP THEM SAFELY TO YOU.

It is really bad news to us and for you as our customers. But at this stage we can do nothing to change that. "

I checked about buying nic-free juices and she says it probably includes those too. I'm sure the Chinese will find a solution (excuse pun) but for the meantime this is the situation.

which company is she with ?? is this limited to Australia or the entire world ??
Reads to me it's China who is stopping this:

Both China Post and EMS post will stop accepting packages with many e-liquids.
I really need to know as I am running low on juice and have just ordered 2 big orders with Health Cabin.
I noticed they aren't around much on the Forum, so I am thinking they know about this and are working hard to sort this out.
Need some news Health Cabin quick about this.

Will this effect bulk orders for US suppliers of China e-juice? I'm worried because sometimes I literally will not have enough money for the more expensive e-juice and I'll need to order from a reseller of china liquids... Will I be effected? I'm worried now. My Dekang and Hangseng tobaccos are too important to me to let this go...

Well the Chinese are keeping a lid on it, there is no other news about this anywhere on the net apart from this one Thread and link.
Need more info so we can all get ourselves ready.
I am only 2 weeks into vaping and Health Cabin is the one place that can deliver to Thailand and I really like their DeKan juice.
They have so many flavours in stock it's great.
Please if anyone finds any more info put it up for us.

We can ship ejuice with ems. but orders containing ejuice need more days before they leave china.

This reads as if ems is ok but normal post or DHL isn't ok for juice.

Sorry to have been the bearer of grim tiding guys, but I thought you should know immediately. Just glad I stocked up hard when I started vaping a few weeks ago. I'm set for the next 12 months here, and if the premix runs out I can buy flavourings from the supermarket and mix them with my RTS nic juice.

Sure hope this is a temporary situation, and I'd love to get to the bottom of why it happened.

I had one package included 10 x 112ml bottles of eliquid sent back to HC last Sept via EMS, and must change all the liquid to cartos and batteries so order can shipped via DHL. Though, HC's service is good, this caused by China's customs policy on China National Day.

I'm intending to test shipping little liquid again.

Hope this is just a temporary situation. We should not vape water mix with air.

And I have bookmarked this topic to follow further news..
