Imported E-liquid

Hi Guys

I'm running low on e-liquid and I noticed the prices have sky rocketed
£4 to £5 for a 10ml bottle of 18mg
What are the rules for importing high strength nic from abroad.

I noticed a site in China I bought from a few times before sells
500ml 36mg bottle for £20 for DIY mixing

The rules in the UK only allow sites to sell small bottles of low strength nic
Is it legal to order from abroad or would it get confiscated by customs?

Customs will confiscate it. The TPD applies to imports as well.

Unless you have a licence that is....

I don't live there, but I think the above is correct, you'd be likely to have it confiscated, and I don't know if any fines would be levied and etc.

For reference, the consumer faces prosecution in the UK I believe. At Her Majesty's discretion....
