Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has noticed that their skin has improved since they gave up smoking and took up vaping.
If you go to a smoking cessation clinic, they usually mention improvements in the clarity of your skin when you stop smoking and how you get a better more oxygenated colour - a sort of healthy glow.
Any thoughts on this?

Thanks, SuziQ

actually esmoking seems to have the opposite effect for some people...they complain of spots and dry skin-could be the PG,could be impurities leaving...could be purely coincidental of course...

i myself have noticed no change in skin tone or quality since quitting cigarettes and exclusively esmoking...which was 6 or 7 months ago now...

pity, because i was looking forward to this healthy, glowing complexion thats supposed to appear...but it didnt...

however,im sure there will be stories of miraculous transformations...;)

Nicotine isn't good for skin, it reduces blood flow so we might not see the full benefit of giving up smoking if we still use it.

I haven't had spots or dry skin like some people but I've noticed that cuts and grazes seem to be taking a long time to heal. This might not be to do with esmoking, it could be age related, nicotine or the years I spent smoking.
