IMREN 2600mAh 38A Flat Top 18650 High Drain Rechargeable Battery??

cant find any reviews on these? 38A is a wierd number and im wondering if these are ganna blow up in my face when i try and vape at .2-.3 ohms.
38A should let me push the envalope at .1 ohms (not gana risk it though) but should that make me safe at .2? have any one used these and can speek to thier reliability?
