Hello, good morning from here!! (in Brazil 11:37 am)

I'm needing you experienced guys some support about this iTeste VF rda atomizer. Or someone just judging the microcoils i did yesterday, without any torch, but apparently no one of the wraps touching themselves.
Let me explain. I get the cotton wet with the juice and then i take 5 - 8 vapes and start to feel a burning taste. Is not it to last a bit more longer?
Or, maybe, my microcoils are definitely messed up?
It's still making lots of vapor, but there 's this damn burning taste problem.

Honestly they look pretty bad man, but they should definitely improve when you get your 28ga! The 28ga wire gives them more of a surface area to hold against each other and keep straight. What are you wrapping these coils around? I use a small (eyeglass kit) screwdriver to make all of my coils and they come out great. It's also not a bad idea to get one of the coil jigs that are available, they will be able to aid you tremendously in keeping your coils consistent and lined up optimally.

Also when I drip I only ever get about 5 good hits til I have to refill the cotton using an RM2. I'm not sure the size of your RDA, but obviously a smaller RDA is going to hold less juice.

Use a small screwdriver (like the ones the come with your rda) and wrap the coil around it about 8-10 times so that the coil is tight and ends are touching. Pulse the coil after you place it on your rda so that it glows red, and use a set of tweezers to press the coil tight. Also you should only do single coil builds until you get the hang of it. Thread cotton through and saturate with juice but only use enough cotton so that the ends touch the deck of your rda. Fill you rda deck with juice. It takes practice!

Problems are common when you first start out with mech mods! So don't be worried.

Most important thing about any coil, ugly or clean, is to get the hotspots out. Didn't see anyone mention this but IMO every single coil no matter what has vaping potential if it heats up evenly ( from center-outwards) if this is done correctly the only other common issue you could have is your cotton threading , like they said above, make sure it isn't choking the liquid , you want it as snug as possible without displacing cotton when you pull it through, I like a lot of cotton on the deck and under the coil for long lasting performance, it's just all about how tight your cotton is when getting the hit you want. So before threading the cotton , apply some heat to your coil, regardless of what you see, squeeze the coils with tweezers till they are close together, this usually fixes the hotspots. If you see brighter lines then others in the coil you haven't fixed the hotspot yet. The final cure is to drag your tweezers or tool of choice across the entire surface area of the coil, just like you drag your finger across a piano to hear every note. This fixes it for me everytime!!!

Goodluck and happy vaping!!!

Guys, i read all you people said and squeeze the coil the maximum i could. But this coil is already toasted.
I'll wait my 28G kanthal tomorrow. Bought about 30 feet. And 30 feet of 29G. But i guess I'll change for 60 feet of 28G. Both are the same price, US$ 0,40/ft.
Have enought to learn how to build decent microcoils.
I give you guys an update.

Appriciate very much all your help, every one of you. Thank you. Have a good week.
