Hey everyone, I am currently in the process of finding my "go to" juice, whether it be brand specific, flavor specific, mixture specific or whatever. I sampled a few flavors from Crystal Canyon Vapes and that stuff was delicious! All of their fruity stuff was very robust and left a very nice aftertaste in your mouth. I guarantee I will be buying from them again, but my quest continues. Next up is Virgin Vapors. The whole "organic" thing tickles my fancy, and the ability to get all VG juice, or whatever ratio, is nice. I have some watermelon from VV on the way that is 100% VG and I have heard good things. I might try to water it down (slightly) with water to thin it out a bit. Does anyone NOT like the juice from VV? I have heard from word of mouth and on the world wide webs that it is in everyones top 10 e juice.

Once I discovered all of these e juice vendors on line, I said good bye to my local vape shop very quickly. It's not that its bad juice, but it is limited, and do they really know what they are doing?? Who knows. I want quality e juice that I know has built their name as one of the best.

I used to order from Virgin Vapor all of the time: Turkish Coffee, Going Banana's etc. The problem I have with them is that they justify their prices by saying their absolute line is: "The Absolute line is also created using third party certified organic flavors. However, these flavors are extracted using a multi-stage, patented process that does not require alcohol. All of the Absolute e-liquid flavors are alcohol free. In addition, the flavors themselves are highly concentrated and very expensive to distill." Check out my last order of Going Bananas, part of their ABSOLUTE line. and the back of the bottle showing the ingredients.

So if you want to be sure what you are getting and vape it as your forever e-liquid, may I suggest you make it yourself? I just mixed a new batch of Flavorart expresso coffee all VG and it tastes just as good as Virgin Vapor's Turkish Expresso for example. STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOTTLE!

I have ordered a couple flavors from Virgin Vapors and enjoyed them. They are 100% VG, and like other posters, I was also pleased at how thin their liquids were.
Keeping in mind that taste is subjective, I have seen folks who were not pleased with VV's juice for various reasons.
Order some smaller bottles and see how they tickle your fancy. That's my advice. I've tried a lot of vendors, a lot of popular vendors, and I keep a list of the ones I really like and frequently return to.
It is different for everyone. Good luck!

Lewn5, act like you are talking to a first grader, but a really cool one who vapes, and tell me how I would go about making my own juice? I would definitly be interested if it was simpler and cheaper than what I am thinking in my head.

Nicoticket is definitely on my list. I plan to buy 1 bottle or some sort of sampler pack from all of the big vendors or one's that I have at least heard about. Any flavor suggestions from Nicoticket?

One thing I was very impressed about with Crystal Canyon Vapes, it shipped FAST. I ordered on a Friday and I got it in my mailbox on Monday. Arizona to Kentucky I believe. Thats pretty impressive. Virgin Vapors, I ordered this past Sunday, and according to the tracking, it is still in CA. Oh well its not a huge deal, its not like I don't have any juice. But there is something "Christmasy" or "Birthdayish" about shopping online and waiting for the package, opening it, trying it. I love it, and some may even consider it an addiction :)

I'm open to any and all suggestions on e juice by the way!

Nicoticket suggestion, everything on the site is good. They do some "limited time" flavors that are marked as SR, so if you go on there and find some half listings, that's why. They're one of my favorite vendors.

Am I the only one now hearing Willie Wonka lines in their head? :D "Did you say Everlasting Gobstoppers?"

This is exactly what was going on in my head when I typed that!!

Alrighty, so I got my bottle of Watermelon from Virgin Vapors, 24mg nic, 100% VG and I immediately filled up about half a tank and started vaping. To be quite honest, and I do not want to tarnish the Virgin Vapor brand from one bottle and a few vapes, but I did not like this juice at all. For me, there wasn't even a hint of Watermelon in it and the flavor is unidentifiable. It taste like something in the fruit/food/beverage world, but I can't pinpoint it. It doesnt taste bad but it doesnt taste good, like any watermelon juice would taste. I'm wondering if steeping it will change the flavor dramatically or if steeping is an absolute necessity? I will still try a few more flavors from VV, but I might not go with the full VG.

I think Nicoticket will be my next purchase, and I will definitely check out Zeus Juice.

Interesting. I left mine alone after my initial smell test for about 5 days before I filled up an evod with it. I got 12mg because it was part of the sampler pack. To be honest, it really tasted like a cool, subtle watermelon. BF didn't like it at all, but I thought it was pleasant...perhaps more nic is too much for how light the watermelon flavor? Try the watermelon by space jam, I've heard great things about it. I still haven't made a nicoticket order yet, but good luck on your search!

Thanks, I will add Space Jam to the list. Again, I'm not trying to talk bad about VV, but maybe my expectations were too high? Or maybe the 24mg nicotine and 100% VG was not a good combo. I dont know, I will definitely try a few more flavors as the whole organic thing sounds good on paper.

I've got some juices to order!

I just ordered Space Jam Andromeda and Astro, they shipped, or rather "marked" as shipped in about 5 minutes so that's nice. Giant Vapes has a huge selection of all kinds of different brands, really great selection in my opinion. I've heard nothing but good things about Space Jam, I hope these juices live up to the hype.

Anyone have any cool storage racks, thingys, or whatever you want to call it, for your mods and juices? I throw everything in a drawer now and it's getting a little annoying now that my collection is growing.

Hope everyone has a good evening.

You can buy Vegetable Glycerine at wholefoods. You can buy DIY supplies: flavor concentrate, my favorite is flavorart, and nicotine base liquid at ecigexpress. There are a lot of recipes on this e-cigarrete-forum.com Right now I am vaping:
    5% Flavorart Coffee expresso
    3% Flavorart Maple
    18% nic VG base liquid
    rest is Vegetable Glycerine

This took 5 minutes to make a 30 ml bottle and vapes straight out of the bottle! Tastes as good as VV Turkish Coffee, no joke! :)
It's a little extra work but you can save a ton of money making the same thing. I am PG sensitive, but don't have any problem with the small amount used in Flavorart' s flavors which are made in Italy.

Given how much they charge, I'd say it's fair to expect top notch e-liquid. Basically, their only flavors that you can vape straight out of the mail are from the "absolute line" as they contain LESS ethyl alcohol. If you're lucky, you can leave the cap off the bottle and see if the alcohol evaporates and store it in a dark place somewhere periodically taking the cap off to let it breathe. This is called steeping, which quite frankly never worked with any of VV liquids that were high in ethyl alcohol like Kona Shake for example.

For those thinking of DIY..check out the subforum here on ECF for the general eliquid discussion. It looks like a whole lot of scary, but really it isn't. Do a bunch of reading, start simple, and you might be really amazed at how you end up. I bought vendor juice for a year and am now having so much fun getting to make any flavor I want to try for a fraction of the cost that I haven't bought anything from a vendor in over two months. Experiment with your own and make recipes you find around here. Just be sure to read the stickies on that forum for safety and get a good ejuice calculator. I'm currently in LOVE with a Castle Long clone that is every bit as good as any vendor juice I've paid for.

And as an aside: Virgin Vapors was in my top 3 worst vendor experiences ever. I know some quite like them, but not this kid. Nicoticket is in my top 3 best vendor experiences ever..and quite possibly takes the #1 spot. If you're not ready to take the DIY plunge, they should for sure be your next juice to try.
