There are SO MANY choices, I think it's just hit & miss until you find the right one for you.

I would have to vote for a genuine joyetech Twist. The less expensive knockoffs are hit and miss and seem to be the source of "crap battery only lasted a month" complaints. You pay more, but you aren't replacing it every other month.

I agree with Rick above.... Whenever which is 'best' is asked, one has to ask 'best ....according to what standard?' If best, means you can easily read the voltage on the dial, then the joyetech Twist isn't the choice. If 'best' means longevity, safety, and reliability, then joyetech eGo-c Twist is the choice. I've had all kinds and the Joyetech eGo-c Twist is the has served me well in those categories. I've had Twists over a year old and a Vision that didn't make it to 6 months. But as always ymmv.
