I exchanged emails with a staffer for my Congressman, Tom Marino (PA-10) who said.."He (rep Marino) understands that e-cigarettes are becoming more common than cigarettes and he is completely against overregulation on them."

That's good news as he is the incoming Chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Regulatory Reform

I knew I liked this guy..he's a stand up kinda dude.
