I just received an incomplete order from vapors choice. I ordered a

510 650Mah Black Ego Kit plus a ego-c twist battery

But i only found the ego twist battery and a bottle in my mail box, the ​

I'm sure it's coming under different cover. In the meantime just pickup a disposable Blu for your trip. You'll be ok.

Vapors Choice tends to fair well in service reviews. The owner has a thread on here. But you can also email him or PM him. Which I'm wondering if you did before coming on here?

I don't see that he even carries a regular 650 mAh eGo kit. All Super Excals and Twist Kits. He is known for his Superior Customer Service...so it may just be a fluke. As Hawk said..the best thing to do is to PM him.

Appletux, I just looked on the site and I don't see the 510 650mah Black Ego kit. Are you sure that's what you ordered? Maybe you should go on the site and look at your account to see what was ordered and paid for. Maybe there was a mix up? I order from them and have never had a problem with any order and I'm sure that if it is on your order invoice, you can contact Wolf and he will get it out to you right away or replace it with something else if it sold out.

Its not a prank...... The single batteries don't include a charger. You need to buy the USB charger separate and the AC adapter separate if you want to plug and charge from a wall outlet. None of the batteries come with the Cartos unless you buy the Ego Twist Kit which includes the USB charger, wall adapter, 2 tanks, 2 Twists, 15ml juice and a case. The cartomizers are separate.

Ive been vaping for 8 months now, and I've had a few minor mix ups with orders. Deal with reputable vendors, be professional and upfront in your requests for service, and 9 times out of 10 you'll be taken care of.

I got to be honest here..... I don't see that kit on his site even with a sold out under it. I see the super Excalibur kit but even that's not the same price. If I'm missing something, please tell me where to look. The best way to resolve this is to either email him or if he has a phone number, call and leave a message. I know he will fix this for you and possibly get it to you before you go on vacation. When do you leave?

Oh no, i ordered a kit which includes 2 batteries, 2 cartomizers, a charger, a bottle with liquid and a case. Then i decided to add a ego twist to my order. Everything for $63.00 which is the best deal that i could ever find!. But i hope cheaper doesn't meant bad service because i have a cold turkey here.

Vapors-Choice is my primary vendor because of their great customer service and super fast delivery so I know they will make this right for you, including shipping to your SIL's home if necessary.

As for the bottle of juice with with Twist battery, just consider it two out of the three items you ordered. I am a little confused with the $35 charge for Ego Kit though. It should have been $34 (including the bottle of juice). Not sure why it is listed on your receipt as $35.

Did you log into your account at VC and see if there were shipping updates/comments about the undelivered kit? Have you received any email from VC this afternoon? Just curious because nothing has ever been missing from my orders - if it was in-stock when I ordered, it was delivered.
