My experience with greenhouse one....not happy

My first order and shipment was awesome. It was delivered very quickly, and I got exactly what I ordered. High praise for that.

My second order was placed on April 25/11. I ordered two boxes (5 each) of 510 atomizers and an Ego-T kit. It took a little longer to arrive than the last order, but, I was ok with that. I got the atomizers and a single ego battery. Not sure what the heck happened there. I contacted Tim, he was very helpful and said he'd get my Ego-T kit out to me. We've been in contact periodically ever since, to let him know I still had not received it. Again I was assured it would be sent out to me along with a tracking number. I've not got a tracking number yet. To date I have not received my Ego-T kit. I'm not happy. It's now 5 months later and I have not had a reply to my last email to Tim. I won't be ordering from them again. I would like my money back or my Ego-T kit.

At first I was disappointed. Not angry because I was assured that this would be rectified and I'd get my ego-t kit. Not a big deal, crap happens. Tim replied to my email and told me that it would be sent out asap, and I'd get a tracking number. Neither of which happened. I sent another email to Tim, and was once again assured that this would be rectified, and I'd get a tracking number. Neither of which happened. So I left a review on the greenhouse one forum. I was contacted by Tim and was told I'd get my money back for the ego-t kit that I never did receive. I got a pm here from Tim asking if I had a pay pal account (which I don't), and I replied that back to him, and have not heard from him since. To date nothing has been settled. I'm still not angry, just very very disappointed in the customer service I've received, when all I really want is the ego-t kit I originally ordered. I didn't think it would be this hard to get, especially after all this time has passed. I'm just happy that I decided to buy a Reo as well. I've gotten excellent service from Reo's mods. :)
