Unfortunately, wv, people scare newbs away from the higher end mods not realizing they are getting so much more from them, I think they don't realize there is such a difference, so why pay so much more?

My friend who smoked as long as me (we started together) tried my Darwin, never tried any pv before, and wouldn't give it back!

Many think mods are complicated, she had no problem using it. It's a battery, just like the ego. Only difference Is in how you charge it (usb) and there is a wheel you use to adjust wattage. Simple. The complications come from all the different attys, juice delivery (attys, carto, tanks...) and finding the right juice.

I can't tell you how many threads I have read where I see people telling newbs that mods are complicated and not good for newbs. And if possibly not liking them (ecigs) is a worry, all the mods sell easily on the classys with little to no loss. I would have saved so much if I went straight to one. I have 510's, ego types...

The OP is using prefilled cartos in a low nicotine and adding VG to the cartos. I'd say that's what's causing the inconsistent vape. I think purchasing juice in the pg/vg ratio he/she wants and filling her own will give a more consistent vape.

I cant see how adding VG to prefilled cartos would give you anything but an inconsistent vape.

Krisb, I agree with you completely. But if you suggest a 5 volt or variable volt PV to someone who has only tried one of two models, you will get 5 or 6 mini-PV lovers on here posting that you are crazy. Of course those same posters have never tried a good variable volt PV but for some reason think they know they are no better than what they use.

I don't think it's crazy, but in this case the OP is vaping prefilled cartos in the lowest nicotine and adding VG to them.

I could be wrong but I don't think they're exactly a candidate for a mod.

I agree that the OP needs to change their eliquid routine. But I think most vapers can benefit from a PV with better consistency and battery life.:)

Candidate for a mod? Mods are no more work than a cig style (with a couple exceptions, of course)? I'm not saying the op should or shouldn't, just offering an alternate choice that I think is missing in newbie threads. Better battery life, more consistent vape, and more versatility in atty/carto use. The only down side for some is size/shape.
