Incorrect Order

I placed an order Saturday for a Satin Silver Mini 2.0 - Original Design. My package arrived today and after much excitement, come to find out I was sent a 2.5 version. I logged in to my account to double check that I in fact ordered the 2.0. Confirmed. I submitted a ticket via the website but I have yet to hear back. I am really bummed out right now.

Does anyone know long it usually takes to receive a response for a ticket? Or if there is a phone number I can call?

As you know on the original version of the Provari Mini the Logo will fade... Dont you like the new V2.5 better with the engraved Logo?
