Indulgence Finish and Adapters?

I have read a few reviews and watched a few video reviews and noticed some customers making comments about the 'painted' finish on the Titanium and also the adapters having excess glue around the air holes. I think I also saw one review where the person stated that the button required more electro-plating.

I was wondering if these issues have been addressed in the current items that are now on sale?

After reading around it seems as if Eastmall is on the ball with these issues and seem to fix/improve the device constantly. The only problem is I cannot find any sort of changelog or device version listing stating the improvements/fixes and on what date they were done etc.

with each new run / batch, the issues found in any run
is addressed and improved,
so the next run should not have those issues.

I have another couple of questions if that is okay.

I notice many of the EM customers recommend the HV atomizers and such from you to use with the Indulgence, they also seem to recommend drip tips. Do you plan on selling any sort of drip tips in the future? (Currently there doesn't seem to be any UK or EU supplier for these items and ordering from the US is a too expensive for me )

My last question is the website states "Until further notice, please use eastmallcs@gmail.com for all customer service needs" but then further on it says to go to the Contact Us page. Which should I be using to contact support, the email or the contact us page?

the HV attys are reccomended for use with the 6V extended battery cup for the indulgence.

drip tips are being discussed, there has been no decision made as yet.

we will be carrying many new products
I am sure these drip tips will be in the list,
but not right now,
so if you need them, get them,
and get replacements from us at a later date.

we are doing all we can to make Eastmall a one stop shop,
we are getting there, --------

we are even bringing in the DIY set up
for you to make your own juices,
and Rick and I will happily help you with some recipes.

Just for reassurance; my recent titanium indulgence has zero issues with the end pieces, ditto my silver one with the old style adapter caps.

I'm also happy with the fit and finish on both indulgences, (button on my silver one has reverted to a copper colour, holding up well on the titanium one). It's not picture perfect, but it's bloody close. The internal build quality isn't particularly awesome on either, but I don't spend time looking at the inside and it doesn't seem to affect performance.

Considering the price, the things are .... hot, even with a few blemishes
