Inexpensive battery charger

A friend of mine has been charging her batteries through the USB port. I want to get her a 4-bay battery charger for Christmas but I don't have a lot of money. Can anyone recommend one that would come in under $20 please?

A 4-bay charger might be a bit over budget. It would be here, but I'm not sure about prices where you are. Anyway, the generally-recommended budget-line-but-decent chargers are xtar, Nitecore and Efest's LUC line. I seem to remember the Nitecore Q line (there's a Q2, Q4 and Q6) is a very basic system.

You can get an Efest LUC V4 for $22.95 on Amazon. That's only a few bucks over your budget.

If you want it by Christmas, chinese sites would be at the bottom of my list. Try these guys instead Batteries, Chargers, Battery Holders, PVC Wrap, and Terminal Protectors

Good point. Right now I'm looking at
Nitecore New i4 Intellicharger Li-ion, NiMH/NiCd Charger. Even with shipping it should be close to my budget. Thanks!
