His son Adam told the Associated Press that he died of end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
I quit smoking 30 yrs ago. Not soon enough. I have COPD ... Smokers, please understand. If you quit after youre diagnosed with lung damage its too late. Grandpa says learn my lesson. Quit now. LLAP, Nimoy tweeted in separate posts last year.

I got some vapemail yesterday with a juice I won in a Contest, and it's called 'Fresh Zombie Blood'... kinda has a fruity taste - LOL!!
