Hey gang,
Just got my clearomizers today and was disappointed that the cone for my Inferno only BARELY fit over the clearomizer, and because it was so snug, caused it to require way too much suction than I care for (yes, even without the o-ring).
So, seemed like as good an excuse as any to buy a Dremel to rectify this situation!
I started with using a file tool from my multi-tool to gently widen the mouth of the cone, using a moderate, even, and circular motion until the cone would slide down the clearomizer without effort. Then used a course grinding attachment with the Dremel to widen the opening until there was a small, visible gap around the clearomizer, then just kept grinding lightly until I reached the desired suction I was looking for. I leave the o-ring on the battery since there is now no support from the carto to help keep the cone in place.
Pretty straight-forward stuff, but just in case anyone else encounters a similar problem.
Rob
