Hey everyone,

I got my new Inferno kit today and I'm having an issue and can't figure out if it's normal or what. I'm noticing small amounts of liquid being drawn up into the top part of the tubetank cone (the part that the drip tip snaps into...if you take off the drip tip you can see a tiny "well" and then the airshaft is in the middle running down into the tank. Well for some reason mine is collecting small amounts of liquid into this "well" area and I don't know why. I don't fill my tank higher than the fill line and once the tank is tightened down onto the base the air shaft is sealed shut so not sure how liquid is getting under the drip drip. Any ideas?

If you need a pic of where I'm talking about just let me know and I'll snap one, I hope I'm referring to the names correctly.

Also, is there no support forums on Volcano's site anymore? If not I guess here is the only place for support now?

Thanks!

UPDATE: Apparently this is a major issue with a lot of folks complaining on here...I've been using ecigs now for 3 years and know how to take a draw, no matter how lightly you draw it still sucks up liquid into the cup well where the drip tip sits. The device is useless like this and needs to be addressed. Very frustrated with this. Other than that the device is awesome, great vapor, etc but it's useless with the current problem. Guess I'll just have to use the tubetank with cartos until you guys come up with a fix for this.

Aloha Constantlybuying,

Again, I am sorry to hear this. As I explained in our PM earlier, this is caused by condensation being caught by the catch cup inside of the BC TubeTank. I would recommend that you contact one of our excellent customer service support staff and they will be able to help you out with tips and tricks to help alleviate this.

I am sorry you had not heard. We do not have the forums or the chat room any longer. We do have the ticket system still of course as well as our phone support. We also offer a live chat support as well through our help desk. The live chat is not staffed 24-7, however you can always find some one in there during business hours and Shadow Rhelm if often (not always) logged in through the off hours.
