Hmmmm...I was having some probs with mine to start........I figured it to be user error (me banging my forehead like a V-8 moment :) )

Clean the bottom cap edge and the bottom edge of the tube with a microfiber cloth. Make certain the little spring screw is tight as well as the top screw (the part that the atty/carto engage). You may also use a Q-tip with some rubbing alcohol and swab the threading as well. Also, tap the Ipro against your other hand a couple times. Give that a shot and report back.........over and out! :)

Pull off the top cap and check the wire inside , it might be loose , use a round tool and stick it in the hole in the side, read the replacing tyhe top cap on the buzz thread first please /.

That was my next advice too. Glad to see you Patrón.

Indeed no power... Unless I'm using the meter wrong.

Red to the center post and black to the top cap threads.

Buzz Pro ,. I Pro , VvproV
troubleshooting check list

Batteries charged ?? ( use a voltmeter if you have one , they should read 4.2 volts each )
Take off the atty /carto first
Do you have a RED LED light ?
DO you have a Blue Led light when the button is pushed.
DO you have a Blue led with the ATTY/CARTO ON the unit ?
Do you have BOTH red and Blue led lights ?
Do you get a blue led with the atty/carto ON but no vapor ?

Well after a terrible day... I went to take off the top cap and the wire fell out of the little ring terminal. I guess that is a snapped wire. Before anyone says anything I did loosen the top screw prior to loosening the to cap... Fail on my part still.

I'm thinking that was probably your problem and don't feel bad, I've done that same thing as have others. At least it's still connected to the pcb.

Can be fixed. I wondered about this when I took my top cap off and saw how it went together. The weak link is the wire from the board to the terminal at the cap. The wire will fail if you mess with it much, very likey wher the wire meets the terminal which is what sounds like happened.

If it were me, I might try and fix it. I know how to solder and all that. But considering that I do have the tools that would work ie; soldering iron, solder. Rounding up the right size heat shrink, right size terminal..... and Waking sure I didn't heat the board up too much while soldering and maybe damagin it.... uh, I think I would send it in to get fixed. That way I would know it would be done right. Chasing down the right parts is probably gonna be more aggravating than waiting for the shipping and repair to be done..... if you can wait!:2c:

They are fast. Mine was gone exactly 7 days almost to the hr. From when it left my hands until it was back in my hands.
