Okay wouldn't got weirded out. If thats a word. Lol.. but tried to call them and got
Some strange answering machine and email sent, no reply back. And to make matters worse i found a thread in the negatives about the same problem another person has
Had with them that was just posted yesterday. I know they just had a major ice storm
In their area but that was two days ago. Same here, hope shipped and on its way.:confused:

I'm a member of their Facebook group and they've been very good with updates there. They've encountered some problems with the storm and lost all power and internet and there was no mail pickup for a couple days. Apparently a big snow storm in GA is like armageddon.

They're there working but trying to fill orders in the dark from their phones. I had an order ship on Tuesday and I just checked tracking and it has left GA.

According to their fb group they use some kind of service that automatically sends a "shipped" email when they print out the label. Both of my orders the fill date on the bottle and the label created date where both the day after I placed my order. Why it takes another 2-4 business days for them to actually ship I have no idea... It results in quite a few new customers emailing and posting on the fb group asking where their order is(understandably IMO) only to have fanboys tell them to shut up and wait. Don't know what's up with the shipping cost either. For some reason even if you only order 60 ml they send it in a box instead of an envelope like most vendors.

I just read about your experience and I am going through the same thing with this company. I ordered on the 21st and haven't heard anything from them. My order still says "processed" but hasn't shipped. I emailed them a few times now and I haven't got a reply. I also tried to call and there was no answer. Did you ever receive your order?

I finally received my sample pack 15 days later. Excited to try it, the excitement ends there. Ordered 3mg received 6 mg and a small plastic rooster. I emailed them with no reply and called what seemed to be a non working phone number. The topper is the juice is terrible tastes like cheap peppery nicotine base, all 3.
I have learned that you really have to think about peoples recommendations online, you never know who receives what for good reviews. Also in my short vaping career I am starting to learn that quality costs and have tried some great premium juices and some highly rated garbage.

At the end of the day the small plastic co*k was the highlight of this purchase.
