Ok, I'll get the ball rolling......
Is there any point in having an LED on the tip of the device? It's a bit gimmicky to try to replicate the glowing effect of a cigarette, isn't it?
The LED does have a purpose though - to let the user know that the battery is charged, and to let them know when it has run out.
But since it is on the tip, the user can't see what it is doing unless looking in a mirror!
My first suggestions would therefore be:

My first suggestions would therefore be:
- Put a smaller LED on the side of the battery so it can be seen clearly by the user, and get rid of the one on the front.
[/*:m:16bk101y] - Give the user more feedback through the LED. Have it flash periodically when the battery is, say, four-fifths discharged[/*:m:16bk101y]
