Once again I say hello and welcome to today's review of a Tube Mod Kit from Innokin featuring the Zenith Minimal tank. The EZ Tube utilizes a internal 2100mAh battery and has a wattage range between 6-40 watts that is adjusted using a rotary dial. This is a versatile kit because all Z- coils are compatible so there is a nice inventory to choose from. There are some nice features with both the device as well as the tank, after some manufacturer information I'll give you all my findings on this kit.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS


As always Innokin is looking out for our planet by using only biodegradable packaging, the box flips up to show the device and tank already connected. Under the cardboard tray holding said device and tank are 2 cardboard boxes containing the 2nd 0.3Ω coil, spare glass tube and O-rings, 2 extra drip tips besides the Ultem one, charge cable and paper material being the user manual, safety and warning card as well as a card telling you about the 2 coils that come with this kit.

Picking the device up didn't feel heavy or light either but somewhere in the middle. There is no cheap feel to either device and the tank is time tested with a positive record so I don't plan on being surprised by it unless something has changed which doesn't look to be the case. I was sent the Black and Grey colors with a Black tank for the Black mod and Gunmetal color tank for the Grey mod. Both tanks look right sitting on top of there partners, The Black EZ Tube has a attractive Gold bezel up top at the tank connection that adds a classy look.

Innokin always looking out for safety placed a Red silicone cap on the male 510 of the tank that needs to be removed before using, there is a clear plastic sticker over the USB-C port and it travels up to the tank explaining this.

The first order of the review was charging the devices up to full capacity, both were almost fully charged and took very little time to fully charge up, the EZ Tube uses a Led light ring at the bottom portion of the device to measure battery capacity using colors for battery strength. The pictures below show the device almost fully charged (Green) and below 10% (Red). Led will turn off once it reaches a full charge.

• Red: Below 10% (3.3-3.6v)
• Yellow: 10%-30% (3.6-3.75v)
• Green: Above 30% (3.75-4.2v)

Turning our attention to the tank that has a positive proven record over time as I can attest to there is a series of holes and a slot for airflow that can be adjusted to various settings using the holes or slot or a combination of both assuring the user will find their personal airflow setting.

As a bonus this kit includes 3 different drip tips with different bore sizes and shape, the skinny Black drip tip has the tightest bore size out of the 3 for a true tight narrow draw, the other Black drip tip is wider with a more open bore to it for a nice RDL vape and the Ultem which turned out to be my favorite is again a more narrow bore size for a more open MTL vape.

Coils are a straight push in from the bottom after unscrewing the bottom cap, these coils do use flat spots so when installing a new coil be sure the coil flat spots are aligned with the tank flat spots and there's a good tight seal or you will have a mess on your hands.

There is top fill on the tank that uses a silicone membrane as the fill port, I really like this style as it prevents a mess on fill ups and seals the fill port 100% when the bottle tip is removed.

We now come to the EZ Tube device, in the past I was never a fan of tube styled device for the simple fact of finding the fire button because most were recessed into the device and the devices were perfectly round. The EZ Tube has a beveled edge to it making it very easy to locate without looking at the mod to find it, the fire button is also raised aiding the user even more plus the EZ Tube has a matt finish making it not slippery in the hand while adding to it's appearance.

Adjustments of wattage are done using the adjustment dial located at the bottom of the device, as I've mentioned earlier this is a wattage only device so that makes it easier to operate. At the very bottom is the small display screen that shows the applied wattage and next to it a 2nd battery meter shown in bar form instead of the LED color ring for a more detailed look. When making adjustments a array of mixed colors will appear throughout the LED color ring.

FINAL IMPRESSIONS


I have had nothing but worry free vaping during testing of this and I'm still using it after a long test of it. It has never failed to fire or has given me any issues with the tank. I would like to commend Innokin for suppling 3 drip tips all of which are different in style and structure.

Innokin has always made solid vape devices in the past the the EZ Tube follows suite. I have used the Zenith tank and it's coils in the past so I had no surprises with it's good flavor.

I think the EZ Tube Kit is a winner for all vapers from novice to advanced and I think it makes a great starter kit for any new vapers . I give the EZ Tube a 100% recommendation.
