Innokin Iclear 16 issue? Not sure what to do... No air flow from atomizer head

Just got my order from MyVaporStore.Com....Its my first clearomizer (previously using a KR808D1)... I ordered two along with a replacement atomizer head (wanted to make sure i was well stocked for the moment)...
I opened them up and did a visual inspection... then before i put liquid in them and adding the battery I decided I would do a test toke to check the air flow... To my surprise, one wasnt taking any air whatsoever... I took it apart, inspected each part and using what common sense i had, I pinpointed it to the atomizer head...
My question is... Can i fix it? Or is it brick? The silicone head has an open top... at the bottom I couldnt see through it (my thought is that it has dual atomizers inside + the wicks so I figured I wouldnt be able to see up it...) Im new to this model and I was hoping it is something easy to fix... I took the replacement head and Im using it...and it works fine... Im just worried i might have got a dud...

I sent MyVaporStore an email and I hope I can get an answer...Dont know if they will replace it or at least help me on what is wrong...

Has anyone else encountered this before? Where you able to fix it...or did you just trash the head?

Other than this... The Iclear 16 is great... I love it....despite getting 2 and one was a dud...

Curious as to if your air flow issue was resolved? I have a couple iClear16's that came with my MVP, and luckily no issues yet. I've disassembled one for cleaning and so far so good.

Two questions: first, is the battery connection on the iclear flat? Or does it have a groove? 2nd, does your battery device have a flat or grooved terminal? I have ordered protanks that have come with flat terminals, on my ego twists and vamo they will not breathe. I cut a slot with a dremel tool and the problem was solved. Let me know.

It's a common problem with the iclears i make starterkits for familie and friend and already found 3 that had this problem.
Get a new one, something in the clearomizer is not drilled properly.

I wasn't aware of this problem. I have a couple and have not had any issues...obviously a QC problem, but what else is new.

I think it was just a bad head... Glad i had an extra around
