Innokin Iclear 30 wicks,,,,,,,

Is it just me, or do these things fall apart a lot easier than other wicks I've used, like the vivi nova wicks???

I rinse them off a few times and the fibers are all weakening and starting to fall apart.

One of the heads I had, one side (4 wicks) completely broke off,,,,,,,,all 4 of them.

Weird.

Not just you, I've had similar happen, but each lasts me about several months since I rotate 3-4.

It's not endemic to iclear30s. It's just the manufacturer getting a bad batch of silica. I've had a few T2s unravel and fray after a single rinse.

I've only had one iclear30 get a bit frayed and fuzzy.

But it's from the supply chain.

well, the first one I had is definitely worse than the one I have now,,,,,,,but I do have to be very gentle with them while rinsing. Tahnks, I thought I was going nuts.

Weird. I never had them break off or anything.

I am still using the original 5 pack I bought awhile ago. I think I have only changed the head once. And I bought them from FT back in early September.

I haven't had a problem with them but I'll be sure to be more careful with them from now on.

that is weird,,,,,,,I got one when I bought my Iclear30 and another when I bought my MVP, so I got them in 2 different places too. Although the first one broke apart faster than the second one, I am definitely having to be very gentle with the 2nd one.
