I checked a few places on Google and all but this one claims to have them in stock but I never heard of them so...

Unfortunately that is a very old and discontinued tank but was also very popular so stock is hard to find because people snatched up stuff like that on clearance when it was clear vape in the USA was being attacked by the US tobacco mafia government and with the shipping ban looming.
