Hello and welcome to today's review of the Klypse Plus from Innokin. This pod styled device is one of the simplest devices to operate because everything is done for you as far as wattage settings by way of smart wattage inside the chipset where it reads the pod being used and sets the correct wage for you. There is a airflow adjustment though giving the user a pretty loose MTL vape with the airflow set wide open or a vert tight MTL vape with it fully closed off, this device is auto draw only. Housed inside the aluminum alloy body is a 1800mAh rechargeable battery.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS


Opening the package you are greeted with the device resting in a foam cutout, below is a box containing the user manual, USB-C to USB-C charge cord and a warning card. Only 1 pod ships with the device ( 0.8Ω ). I find the device to be attractive and like the gradient color change. Magnets for the pod are strong as well as the dust cap cover that attaches to the bottom of the device. As I always do when testing a device with a internal battery I plugged it in for charging but it was fully charged. I would like to thank Alisa and Innokin for providing the extra pod packs shown in my first picture of the kit below ( they don't come with the kit ).

I'm happy that Innokin went with a tapered narrow mouthpiece because it's very comfortable especially being a dedicated MTL device, the small bore size of the coil also improves the vape.

The pod still uses the rubber plug type filling method but the fill port is nice and large allowing air from inside the pod to escape preventing messy fill ups, there's also a membrane inside that helps. The Ω's load is printed on the pod and there's also a minimum fill line as well, my rule of thumb is this, if no juice is visible when the pod's installed it is time to fill it preventing burning out the coil or pod.

FINAL IMPRESSIONS


I have to say that Innokin did a nice job with the Klypse Plus having plenty of power for a day on 1 charge. The Aluminum alloy frame really makes it light although not a featherweight it's light enough.

I was never a fan of dust caps on devices because I almost always would lose or misplace them but the strong magnet allow the dust cap to sit on the bottom of the device while using.

The flavor is pretty good from both the 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω pods but the 0.8Ω has a bit of warmth to it closed down and I like a warm vape.

Airflow is smooth and it has a nice loose MTL or tight MTL or in between using the airflow selector on the single airflow hole and it's pretty quiet as well.

I think the Klypse Plus makes a great starter kit as well for someone transitioning from cigarettes to vaping. I would like to thank Alisa and Innokin for providing the Klypse Plus for my review and and big thank you to all of you that read my reviews.
