So I have been using the Gladius for a few weeks now, and I was wondering if anyone else burns through coils with this tank as fast as I do. It seems that the coils only last for a day or two tops @ 3.8v on a 2.1 ohm coil, which is much shorter than I have ever had on any other tank.
I guess it could also be the juice I'm using (MBV Thug Juice 50/50 6mg), but I haven't seen any complaints about that before.

I have one but I find it whistles a lot. Does anybody else have this problem. I have tried it on pretty much every air setting. I can't say how long the coils are lasting yet as I have only put 2 tanks through it but so far so good.
I really wanted to like this one. The owner of our local vape shope slid one across the counter to me today and said " Here, give this one a try. We're thinking about bringing it in. Want to hear what you think about it." Hella cool right? Free gear from your B&M? I admit I was skeptical at first because of my experience with bdc's so far. Which has been awful. Easy to rebuild of course but by now, why should we have to tinker with this 32g wrapped loosely around a silica wick crap? Aspire has it going on with the bvc's imo. Even the K1 will last at least a week or more. I put this on my dna30 clone and at 7w it was so so. Tasted better on my wife's Istick. Then I gradually upped the wattage until I reached 10 and that was it. Burnt. Not even 1 day!!! I really am dreading going back to him with my review. I put one of the replacement coils in and handed it back to my wife. Gonna see how long it'll last on the Istick we bought from him. But I'll admit, I will be astounded if it lasts a week. Seems to me that if your atty comes with 3 coils total, that's your clue they KNOW it's crap. The nautilus mini comes with one. We bought one for her Istick today and it seems to just keep giving her excellent results. We'll see. I have high hopes for the mini cause imo the bvc is a far better design. Even if they're a freaking nightmare to rebuild. I may try throwing a micro coil in the Gladius. See if that holds up. Pretty sure I can beat 12 hrs with a self built coil but that's not the point. Shouldn't have to!!! If he asked me right this minute what I thought, I'd have to tell him to pass on the Sadius. (What I'm calling it until I see it pull its weight.) So to answer you Sychowulf, yes. I think I'm with ya. Only I think I toasted mine faster than you have been yours. All I know is if I had paid for it, I'd be ....... Just my $0.02.
