well after a month my 22 mm tank the glass came loose and spins in in the metal jacket . leaks bad ,no cracks either, my 25 mm still fine

Have you tried tightening it up? The thing does unscrew to come apart. I may not be understanding what is going on here though. Need more data.

I did manage to “break” one of mine. After a drop, it did what yours is doing. When I looked at it through my jeweler’s headset, I found a small,hairline crack in the metal down running up the tank from the af end. I spot soldered it with cold epoxy while I held it tight with a clamp. It’s holding, but I put it in the drawer for backup. A number of vendors online have them on sale right now for +/- $20.
