I'm a noob to vaping. I just found out about e-cigs a couple of months ago and my first ever order was with Blu.

Needless to say my experience with Innovapor was much, much better!

I placed an order for my starter kit on August 13 and received my order today.

My order of 3 510 batteries, 5 atomizers, 8 prefilled cartridges and 3 empty cartridges with usb charger and PCC and 3 3ml eco pure.

My email asking for a tracking number on my shipment was responded to promptly.

My overall experience with Innovapor was right on! Would definitely recommend you guys to anyone and plan on passing out all of the business cards I received with my order.

My only complaints are these, and they're really not complaints, but little things that might make the overall experience even better.

I'm not sure if this was an option but I couldn't find it, but I would have liked to get the prefilled cartridges with the same flavor of eco-pure I ordered. I ended up ordering the high rich prefilled cartridges and the menthol eco-pure. High rich eco is great...if you like the flavor, being a menthol smoker, it just seems a waste of not being able to get both in the same flavor.

The express shipping option needs to be easier to be seen. I totally bypassed that option but was very impressed with the regular shipping method.

Oh, and I think one of the 5 atomizers is faulty. How do I tell for sure? The only thing it's not doing is creating the same vaopor production as the other 4. I'm trying to test all of them before the 7 days are up and I know you need time to break some in. Is there a sure fire way to know if a atomizer is faulty?

Again, these are little irritations to mildly annoying. Overall experience was a good one and the discount codes definitely made it worthwhile for me.

After my Blu experience all I have to say is...

I'm almost positive that each online "Order Form" on IV has a selection for flavor as well as nicotine content.

As to the faulty atomizer, a lot of reviewers I've read or watched in my research seem to think a break-in period is needed for most atomizers. I need a good break-in period for gearbox parts in my airsoft guns, which are highly complicated mechanical components. Atty's are certainly not complicated mechanisms, but the "break-in" period does have the ring of truth to it. Keep vaping on it and see if it doesn't improve.

Rich is the only option for cartridge flavor. You can order the different flavors of the 3ml bottles that came with the starter kit, but as for the prefilled cartridges that came with the starter kit that I purchased the only option available was Rich and the options were available for the different nicotine content for the Rich flavor but no other flavor options were available.

Not saying that the Rich flavor isn't any good. If I wasn't a menthol smoker, I'd probably would of have enjoyed them instead of dumping everything out and refilling the prefilled cartridges with the 3ml bottles I got with my order.

Again, just a minor nuisance. Everything else about my order was great. Been vaping since I got it yesterday and everything seems to be working okay...if I could just get this one atomizer to work like the rest lol :D
