Well i have been having problems with the new premium cartomizers.I have had 3 out of 5 that developed a burnt taste, after about an hour of use. I thought that maybe the cart was dry but after it happened 3 times i opened one up to see what was going on , This cart was 18mg smilin menthol, which i thought was a flavor that had a little bit of a over roasted coffee with menthol flavor. I tried the same juice with a cartomizer i had bought a while back at litecigusa.net. the cart from there has been refilled over six times !! I took both apart to do a comparison.I would also like to mention that the v4l cart was soaking wet , so there shouldn't have been any burnt taste, a lot of the black stuff came off when I took it apart. but this is what i found..Cart on the right is the v4L, and that pc that is wraped around the wire is super thick , so I don't know how it will even wick....

The way I'm reading your post is that the V4L carto you took apart is a pre-filled, from the factory, carto. The other carto is one that you filled yourself using the same flavor juice. If this is the case, wouldn't the V4L carto have had prolonged contact with the juice, causing the stain to set in better?

If you get red wine off your carpet fast enough, you should be ok.. But if you let it sit for a month and then try to remove the stain, it'll definitely be more pronounced, right?

this was a new cart right out of the pack , and only used till there was just a tinge of a burnt taste , i guess i should have just took a few more drags off of it till is was totally burnt, If is is not starting to burn why is there a burnt taste , i have been doing this long enough to tell a difference between when a cart taste burnt and when it's not . I would also like to mention that after I took the pictures i was able to squeeze about 1ml of juice out of the materials from the cartomizer. So why was there a burt taste . I am just upset I have sent over a dozen friends to v4l , and over the past week i have had calls from about six of them having problems with the new carts I could care less i will move on , but when i have sent friends their way , And have seen them so frustrated that have picked back up analogs . I gets me upset ,I am done with v4l . I have seen other post on the ecf forum about the same problems with vapornine turbo carts, and I just feel sorry for all the people that are having problems. I have a 510 with cartomizers from nhaler and had zero issues with them , so thats where i will go from now on. In my OPINION v4l should have done more testing .And as far as putting a good tasty vapor juice that is say 70pg 30vg I can't even get them to wick at all

by the way for any of you tech people out there , the old v4l carts are 3.0 t0 3.2 ohms on my testing the new ones are 2.6 to 2.7 with a battery putting out a true 3.7 volts. The 510 i have puts out 3.0 to 3.2 volts the cartomizers from nhaler are 3.4ohm do the math ,now you will maybe know why those have been problem free.
