instructions for bloog trifecta

so i bought one. didn't come with instructions. looked up review on you tube, didn't answer my question. where do i find the instructions for how to use the button? i've read that it is not actually a pass through but lets you use it while charging; so how do i know what it is completely charged? once charged, can i use it without the USB plugged in? this is frustrating, folks.
