why cant i make my No 7 PCC work?

why cant i make my No 7 PCC work? i cant get it to charge a battery. ive plugged it in with & without a battery, and unplugged with & without battery. waited several hours each time. the LED is always green and always has th bars "full". No 7 said on th packaging to go to their website for instructions , but there's no instructions, only product hype - it doesnt explain exactly how to use it. does any1 have experience with this PCC? I can get th battery charged any other way.

I am not familiar with this charger but i went to the site and looked at pictures there is a button on the back of the PCC screw the batt into the charging area and push the button? maybe hold the button until the lcd changes color? If you wait around maybe someone with experience will see your post.

I think most work this way - there is one slot where you screw your battery in, then there is a button/bar on the outside of the pcc that you push. The pcc/battery top should then flash a few times to tell you that it has a connection and then start charging your battery, the battery level display may change color. After awhile, you should be able to push the button/bar and the display show whether it is done charging.

yes! push AND HOLD! that made it red. lets see if i can get a charge now - (why cant no 7 just say that?)
