Intellicharger i2 charging problem

Hey guys,
I bought a Nitecore intellicharger i2 about 3 weeks ago.
I have the Efest 20mA 18650 batteries and I have a problem with loading them.
It seems like there is only one battery loading at once while the other slot is just permanently blinking like it would be empty.
Well now i can only load one battery which is not really convenient

Is it the charger that could be broken?

What happens if you load both slots?

Well if i put both batteries in the charger at the same time, one slot loads just fine and the other one is simply not doing anything:/

If you put a battery( only one ) in the slot that doesn't load up does it charge? In other words, swap slots. If nothing then its bad. If it charges on the other side you could have a bad battery

+1 on what DC said. Swap batteries in the slots and see what happens.

A bad battery will cause no lights to go on at all on an Intellicharger (at least on my I4).

Okay i did just swap the battery that did not load to the other slot which was loading and now it seems to load. Could it be possible that one of the slots is kinda broken?

put one battery in each slot one at a time. Does it charge on both sides? Now do the same with the other battery, does it charge on both sides? If they both don't charge on the same side then the charger is bad. If one of the batteries doesn't charge on either side then you have a bad battery
