I'm a newbie who is just now 7 days tobacco-free and I'm using Intellicig products. I do like their simplicity. Anyway, I emailed their relatively new USA office with an issue today and they responded with exactly the right answer in < 1 hour. I found that impressive and not unlike their UK service before they opened up shop over here as well. Good job, guys, and I'll assist keeping you in business in the forseeable future.
