The FDA will of course counter with:
"We are concerned about the perception that electronic cigarettes are safe, and that will drive people to use electronic cigarettes vice quiting entirely."
Because of course we must quit using nicotine in any form for safety sake, but it's ok to go out and drink a 6 pack every night.
Reminds me of an old irk of mine. I walk into a gas station and put a six pack on the counter and the clerk rings it right up, then I ask for a pack of smokes too and he instantly wants to see my ID.

true about the enforcement on analogs Chayce, my family owns a deli and we get more inspectors and age verification checks that's amazing, around the corner the drug dealers just stand there free to do as they want.A little of topic for this thread but I thought it was pretty interesting you mentioning the age check. Not that I disagree with it, I'm all for not selling to minors but if I were to set up a counter to sale PV's and juice guarantee someone would be knocking at the door.
