What type of 18350 is best to use as a internal battery in a mod. Lithium Ion Battery or LiMn .

I believe that you mean "LiCo or LiMn" as both at Lithium-Ion batteries.

The answer depends on the mod and how it is used.

My bad LMR or Li-Ion.. I want to put a 18350 in a box mod with a 510 end and charge back through it.
