International Shipping - Will it be available

When will international shipping be available again?

We have no set date on this, but it does not look like it will be anytime soon. We started running into way to many issues with packages getting lost, returned, or held up by customs. It was eating up a large chunk of our time trying to deal with these issues and still resulted in slow shipping and poor experiences for our customers. Not worth it in our opinion to work so hard and still end up with a poor customer experience. However, we are searching for a better solution and will certainly update you if and when it becomes available again.

Aye im joining the plea to bring it back, i sent an email asking exactly this to Chris, i guess i will just order somewhere else untill the Intl. shipping comes back, i ordered from you guys a couple times and no issues.

We have added the ability to ship to Australia. This will be used as a test market to see if international shipping is something we can offer again in the near future. The decision will be based on how well shipments to this market perform as far as shipping times, costs, and extra work associated with shipping internationally. We will examine the results to determine if it will be cost effective to continue and open up the option to other countries.
