Hey, this is prolly a dumb question but how does the ROCKER-STYLE POWER ADJUSTER works? it is that rectangle thingy below the fire button right?

There are no dumb questions, only stupid ones. Fortunately this isn't one of them. It works by pressing it left for power down, and right for power up. And, to reiterate, the Futura offers all the dna 20 functions - bar none. Everything is available, and it all works.

Very happy to have just made an order for a futura - However it just came to thought how prone would these be to scratches? I chose the graph black and i now think i perhaps should have chosen a color closer to that of the aluminium. Should this be a concern? Thanks for your help.

We use a tough paint, but it's not impervious to scratches. However, if you never drop it or place it in close contact with sharp or abrasive objects, I can guarantee you it will look like new forever... :)

Thanks, it feels great, although we're not out to kill anyone or anything. It's a big vaping world out there, with room for lots of high quality devices (and, unfortunately, low quality ones too). A million... better buy more solder.

I used to be concerned about that for all my mods. It got better once I stopped thinking of them as scratches, and deemed them to be enhancements that gave them the handsome look of a well-lived life. The graceful patina of age.

(Been trying to adopt that philosophy for myself as well with regard to wrinkles, but have found that using dim lighting works even better.)

I tend to look after nearly everything i own really well, especially my mods. I am very conscious of where they are placed and how they are placed. I understand wear is inevitable in most cases of a mod well used but its still nice a truly well made, and expensive mod can withstand some everyday use. I have heard of some cheaper vw mods chipping - I however own a provari which is getting close to 3 years old now and still looks great.

I have voted for the device to be reviewed - hopefully such concerns and others will be put to rest after it has been looked over by those who look out for such things (although if you check out pbusardo's provari, it definitely shows well loved lines on it). Good luck with the production anyway and i cant wait - Perhaps some more photo's or a brief video would suffice till such time as it gets reviewed?

Here's another plea for votes on pbusardo's site Taste Your Juice. The Review Queue link is on the right, near the top of the page, right under the FB, Twitter and Youtube icons.

We've moved up to 9th place, but higher is better and faster, so please, please vote! Thanks!

We're kickin' .... here, guys and gals. Moved up to #6. Vote early and often - every two days. Thanks again!

Now in 5th place and climbing...

Some of the stuff that is listed before it is really odd to see on the list to begin with. Starfire Cigs Starter Kit has over 400 votes - who the hell would want one?? Also there are so many reviews already out for the kayfun lite and majority of people who wanted one already have it. I have a feeling the futura will be released before the review actually takes place. Hopefully those that receive it will post some pics and do a video review for us.
