Well, my quest for another Futura is finally over....I will keep checking back to see if there have been any updates. I just bought a Chana mod DNA30 (Hana Clone) - Let me tell you, it is IDENTICAL to the real thing. I bought it locally at a B&M for $100. Works awesome...I also heard that china got ahold of the dna source code - I couldn't tell the difference of the chip either.....I am not a huge fan of clones, but let this thread tell you why i am now going that route.

I would have to be worried if I ever had to send one back for service............................... it could be months if you ever got it back at all.

I run a small business, and I understand and respect that life gets in the way sometimes. Lets face it, we all know Nexgen isnt a 30 employee company where if the boss took a week off the company wheels would keep on spinning. I can even defend the jerk replies to complaining customers, we've all had bad days, and emotions pour out, sometimes when they shouldn't. I get it. Hell, I've done it! But I've personally been trying to contact him for weeks and weeks, and gotten nothing but silence. Not even excuses, just no replies. While I truly do like the Futura, the design, I'm just not sure I would want to put up with the drama involved........... :( and that make me sad, and probably more sad than Jon if/when he reads this. I'm one of hundreds (?) of customers so why would he care about a single sale, regardless if its made or lost......... I'm sad because I really want another Futura, and now I have no place to get one, and even if/when he does start to build and sell again, I'm not sure I want to place my hard earned money in his hands anymore....... no matter what, enough time has gone by to at least communicate with us, even if it is to feed us a load of bs excuses.

^ I made an order on Nov. 20th. I was offered (and accepted) a refund on Apr. 6th, but that has never come through.

My bank has told me they can't do a chargeback because it has been too long. I've sent another round of emails to Jon in the hopes that maybe I will have some kind of luck.

Beyond that, I'm not really sure what I can do. I am at his mercy, now.

OMG! You order November 2013? and got a promise of a refund April 2014, and here we are in the last days of May 2014 and you have never received a mod, money, nothing!?
