Hello all. I've been lurking on here for a while now and decided it was time to introduce myself and start posting. I started smoking. when i was ten and continued to for almost eighteen years until just a couple months ago. My wife is pregnant and I have a one year old so as it got to cold to want to go outside and smoke i remembered seeing blu disposables and decided to try one. While these arent the best they did open the door to vaping for me so im glad they exist. Soon after i got a 510-t kit from cignot which i still use while im out and about and cant really use my 6v coppper mod with dct. I alslo just recieved a 360 stingray kit to use for work which i really like. Now if i could just find my perfect ejuice. -Justin

Hi and Welcome! Everyone's tastes are different. My current faves are Boba's Bounty & Gorilla Juice by AVE and Snickerdoodle by Mrs. T.

After you've reached (5) posts and waited about an hour, you can post in other sections of the forum. You may want to check out some of the juice reviews to see what others have tried that might work for you.

Best of Luck in your hunt for the best juice and Congrats on quitting smoking.

Welcome! I probably bought 50 juices and samples before I found my first all day vape. If you are doing tobaccos read the sticky thread up top of new members about tobacco flavors. Starts with somebody telling people they don't need tobacco flavors but turns into people naming their favorites. I also recommend you try adding juice flavors like vanilla, cocoa, chocolate, caramel (or a sweet RY4) to a plain tobacco and see what you like. Most popular US cigarettes contain cocoa and something sweet like molasses and some have vanilla. Marlboros have cocoa in them as do every brand I every smoked. I found cocoa added something familiar and comforting to the aroma. And remember to smell the vapor. Cigs dump their smoke all over you and you can't help smell them but with ecigs you need to remember to smell some vapor. Your tongue can only sense sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami (msg, savory) and everything else is aroma.

    in a cave, eh?
Congratulations on quitting stinkies. And good luck with your juice.

You can always look for sites that sell sampler packs to help you decide. I would generally recommend not looking for a juice that replicates the taste of the original stinkies. Instead, you might be fine with a mild tobacco flavour like 555, Dunhill Tobacco or Cubana Cigar. Or something like RY4. And maybe try one or two juice flavours you might like. Then there's all the forum faves like Johnson Creek, Boba's Bounty (Avejuice.com), etc.

    Good places to start: BackwoodsBrew.com, Alien Visions (AveJuice.com), TastyVapor.us, GourmetVapour.com, VermillionRiver.com, MsTsBakery.com, etc.

Hi Justin, welcome to the forums and I wish you the best on your quit. I am happy you are thinking of the young ones and congrats on the one on the way.

Good luck on your juice quest, everyone is different in that regard and like Tersur already pointed out some of us get lucky. Since you are already experienced you probably know that.

    Welcome aboard.

Go out to a few vendors and order a boatload of sample packs from a bunch of vendors. Will give you an idea of what you like... also the same flavor may vary from vendor to vendor. You might get some that taste like the cat's litter box and you might get some that taste awesome.

The ones that you don't like you can always trade (there is a classified section in the forums). I should be getting a bunch of juices in soon and I am sure that some flavors I will like and others I won't. Sure that I'll keep a few so-so ones around in case I run out of juices. The ones I don't like I'm sure someone would be willing to trade for.
