Damn! Now I've really got an itchy trigger finger!
I've been wanting to try the dual coil cartos, but I've also been eyeballing the Storm Tanks. Decisions, decisions!!

Some questions though;
I've read that the Storm Tanks are prone to leaking, if left on their side. Does the filler from the DC keep this from happening with the new tank?
How hard is it to mod a DC carto to replace the one in the tank?
Does it use the clear DC or the regular one?
and
If the DC carto is easy enough for the average Brewzz to mod, would I need anything besides a new DC carto to replace the one in the tank, like extra filler material?

First, The Storm Tanks don't leak if left on their side. ;)
The DC's don't leak either. LOL
I sell replacements, ready to pop in when it burns out, pretty simple. I use the regular DC coil for the Tanks.
They are not as easy o mod as they appear. ;) One maybe but not too many at a time.
Hope this helps.

I have a question about these dual coils...I'm not quite grasping how the resistance works. I currently have a 3 ohm Storm Tank, and I find its a bit on the cool side. Would these be similar since its 2x3.2 ohm, or would these produce a warmer vapor?

I have been wanting to buy a new storm tank, and I've been curious about these dual coils I keep reading about.

From my understanding, which is very limited on the subject, it's Dual 3.2 ohm coils in parallel giving a total resistance of approximately 1.5 ohms. Anyone with the techno knowledge care to add on??

Okay after doing some homework, it seems like dual-coils basically give you the equivalent of LR, without the quick death of a regular LR atty. In a nutshell, the moment I get an extra $15, I will be placing an order!
