Ive been using the DC cartos and the DC Storm Tank since I received them last Friday. Here is my impression;
I didn't really care for the little rubber mouthpiece that the tank came with, so I replaced it with a drip tip. YMMV
Both the DC cartos and the tank seem to be very sensitive to even the slightest bit of overfill. I've found that they leak out the bottom a lot easier than the Boge 2.0 cartos I've been using. I know it's mostly my fault, as I tend to be the person that sayss "It'll take one or two more drops". I do the same on the Boges, but as I said, they seem to be a little more forgiving on overfills. With the tank, I used a syringe to fill with 3ml, and it started dripping out the bottom hole, so I set it down for an hour, to let the filler absorb the liquid, then dripped some more down the sides until it started to leak out again, and set it aside a while longer. Once I thought it had absorbed all of the juice, I put it on the box, and started
vaping. I still had to wipe up a small amount that was coming out of the base, but after removing it, and cleaning up the bottom and the connector, it didn't give me any more trouble. The tank holds plenty of juice, so top-offs are much less frequent.
The only other drawback, is that I'm going through 14500 batteries in my 3.7v Foxy Box a lot faster than I'm used to. Not a real problem, as I have four batteries in rotation.
Im really liking the flavor, vapor, and TH I'm getting from the DCs and the tank, and love that the tank holds so much more juice, so I don't have to top-off very often. I need to learn to resist putting in that last drop, and Ill be golden.
I think the DC cartos and the DC Storm Tank are winners!
