I have seen this pic a few times and always gotten distracted by the dog.
Today, I want to know why the SIGN is two tone colors. Come on PA! You really want your welcome sign to look like that?
Without the dog it looks.... Well it looks like PA does not have enough MONEY to actually welcome you to the state properly! I need answers!
LOL I love PA. If my in laws didn't live there I might. Yeah, it's a big state but you know what they say about driving distance....
