Hi I have smoked analog cigarettes for about 25 years, and I just decided that it is time for me to quit. With coughing every morning, noon, and night;and having trouble breathing alot of the time, it was getting to much for me to handle. My sister is using the e-cig so I figured that was the way to go. I ordered my first one about a month and a half ago, and started weaning myself off the analog cigs. for about 2 week i smoked just the e-cig, then I started stressing about stuff and I bought a pack of analog cigs. I smoked maybe 1 or 2 a day and smoked the e-cig the rest of the time, until the pack was gone. I found that I like the taste of the e-cigs better then the analog cigs. So I have my fingers crossed that I am on my way to quiting smoking analog cigs for good and just smoking the e-cigs which I enjoy very much.

Welcome aboard you will be happy you made the switch, my wife use to cough every night for about 10 to 15 minutes when she would lay down for bed she no longer has that issue after the switch. I smoked over 30 years myself I am glad I made the switch and I refuse to go back again. We quit on the 16th of Feb. this year kinda like a gift of life & love for Valentines day. We knew we had to do this for our health and the health of our new granddaughter. Don't let life's stresses convince to to buy another pack, I was so tempted myself the first couple weeks but it goes away trust me on that. Ask any and all questions here you may have, we have all decided to make this switch at one point too and this place is enough proof for me it can work.
