Well I must say..... you've come to the right place. I started out with 18 mg nic and had no problems. I have read that if you smoked a lot to start out with a higher nic till you get the cravings down. I didn't have any cravings at all because I just cut down my real smokes and vaped until before I knew it... I was down to one a day. I am still real new, but I have just been so pleased with the whole vaping thing. I had tried so many other things to quit (patches, Chantix, gum etc...) This is the first thing that has worked for me and I hope you give it a good try. I'm too new to be of much help on questions, but got lots of support.
 
Little trick that works for a lot of people - but it really seems to work. Get a real urge to reach for that pack instead of the e-cig make a effort to gra the e-cig and go watch any vaping video on youtube - a review, a blog a how to and watch it because sooner or later the person on there will be vaping - sorta like sitting there vaping with someone even at 3am. Most Are really entertaining or very interesting so you have forgotten you were thinking abut that analog.

I love the videos and watch them a lot and often feel like I have someone to 'vape with'. I was very lucky that after 48 I didn't want an analog again but I know most don't have my experience. My best friends started vaping at the same time but we saying at a meet we went to several months after we did that she liked when we were together or coming to meet because she never thought of anything but vaping when she did but when not she did have urges to grab an analog (although she never did).

Guy at the meet told her that youtube was his trick/tip. Think she watched every vaping video made in a year for the next couple ofweeks but that trick got her over her hump.
