invalid url??

I use photobucket to edit pics and have always been able to copy the url and post them. Since the upgrade, any url code I try to use gets the response "invalid url". Ive tried several codes (direct link, HTML code, IMG code) all with the same results. What am I doing wrong??

Switch the tabs in the icon's pop up box to "From URL" instead of "From Computer"
Paste in your URL
Then...
There is a little box and the words "Retrieve remote file and reference locally"
Un-check that box.

See if that helps you ...

Thanks Classy, but I had already tried it with that box checked and unchecked. Tibs suggested I just insert the image manually by typing in

Hmmm, no I haven't tried that. I haven't tried to post any pics today (busy w/ RW stuff). But I'll try that! Thanks

This is weird. I just went to the sandbox to try things out and I am able to import a pic from PB again! If I don't un-check the box (as you said Classy), I still get the message of invalid url. But when I un-check it, it works. I SWEAR I had already tried that before I started this thread. Unless I'm going crazy And that is a distinct possibility, LOL. Anyway, thanks for the help. Hopefully I won't have any more problems.

tg - this is one problem with an easy solution, do your own and forget about the image icon:
